OPTIONAL PROPELLER DAMAGE WAIVER; (hereinafter referred to as O.P.D.W.):

If Renter elects to purchase the O.P.D.W., the Owner waives Renter’s responsibility for damage to the Rental Boat Propeller, provided that the Rental Boat is used in accordance with The Terms and Conditions of this Boat Rental Agreement.  Cost of the O.P.D.W. is $19 per Half-day Rental, or $24 per Full-day Rental, payable in advance, and is non-refundable.  THE O.P.D.W. APPLIES ONLY TO THE RENTAL BOAT PROPELLER AND DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY OTHER LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE RENTAL BOAT & EQUIPMENT.

By declining the O.P.D.W., the Renter agrees to pay for any and all damages to the Rental Boat Propeller arising out of the possession or use of The Rental Boat & Equipment during the Rental Period and any extensions thereof.

Propeller Recondition Charges =
$55 to $85 for Minor Prop Damage depending on Prop Size.

Propeller Replacement =
$90 to $200 for Major Prop Damage depending on Prop Size.
